Our Process for Foundation Repair
- Determine the Cause – We start by determining the extent of the damage and what is causing the damage.
- Create a Game Plan – Knowing the problems, we create a strategy to safely correct what is causing the damage and repair the damage that already occurred.
- Prep the Jobsite – We do our best to minimize our impact on your home, which may include removing plants from the area or disconnecting specific utilities.
- Dig Around the Foundation – We dig around the perimeter of your house to give us access to work on it.
- Install Concrete Pilings – Typically every 6 liner feet.
- Lift the Foundation – We carefully lift your foundation using a unified hydraulic jack system.
- Repair Pier Foundation – We repair the issue causing the damage – which may require replacing rotten timber, adding additional supports to your foundation, or adding pilings to increase the height of your home.
- Clean Up / Backfill / Remove Debris – Once we’re done, we fill in the areas where we removed dirt and add additional material to allow the soil to naturally compress. We also clean up the surrounding area.
