How Long Does a Kitchen Renovation Take?
Most of our kitchen renovations take 6-8 weeks and some take up to 10-12 weeks for larger spaces or when we have more structural changes to make like moving load-bearing walls or adding a gas line.
Before we start, we provide you with a written plan for each phase of construction with our expected timeline and communicate with you throughout the project.

- Determine the Scope – We listen to your wants, needs, & desires to determine the right layout and design for your new kitchen.
- Choose Appliances, Cabinets, & Hardware – Our team helps you pick out appliances, cabinetry, countertops, finishes, and fixtures that work with your design and budget.
- Permits & Demolition – We help you get the permits out of the way and get rid of that old kitchen.
- Carpentry – We erect new walls, replace windows, and reinforce joists as needed.
- Rough-in Utilities – Next, we get everything in your walls and ceilings including your plumbing, electrical, air conditioning/heating, and exhaust vents situated and inspected.
- Walls, Flooring, & Ceiling – Your new kitchen starts to take shape as we install the drywall to your walls and ceiling and install your flooring.
- Install Cabinets & Countertops – We paint the walls, install your new cabinets, and mount the countertops.
- Install Appliances, Plumbing, & Electrical Fixtures – Finally, we install your appliances, sink, and lights, and connect your electrical outlets.
- Inspections & Punch List – We get everything inspected once again, finish any small tasks, and your new kitchen is all yours!

The total cost to remodel your bathroom depends a lot on you. Your choices in cabinetry, hardware, fixtures, and plumbing drive the majority of your material costs. Additionally, if you want to relocate your plumbing, that will increase the scope, price, and timeline of your renovation. We recommend at least $10,000 for a quality, budget bathroom renovation.
Our team will work with you to keep your budget in check, making sure we include all of your must-haves and helping you identify which items are splurges.
If it helps, we offer financing on bathroom renovations for 24 months.

- Determine the Scope – We listen to your goals for the renovation, what’s on your wish list, and what are must-haves for your new bathroom.
- Choose Fixtures, Vanity, & Finishes – Our team helps you pick out the perfect touches for your new bathroom including paint colors, fixtures, vanity, flooring, and more.
- Permits & Demolition – Once the permits are awarded, we start demo!
- Carpentry – We make the structural changes necessary for your new bathroom including moving walls, replacing windows, and reinforcing joists as needed.
- Rough-in Utilities – With the walls up, we work on everything in your walls and ceilings including your plumbing, electrical, air conditioning/heating, and exhaust vents, and get them inspected.
- Walls, Flooring, & Ceiling – Next, we close up your walls and ceiling with sheetrock so your new bathroom starts to look like a room again. We also install the flooring and do any tilework around your bathtub and shower.
- Install Vanity & Fixtures – We paint the walls, install your vanity, hook up the plumbing, install your lighting fixtures, and wrap up the remodel.
- Inspections & Punch List – The inspectors come by once again and we finish up any remaining small tasks so you can enjoy your new bathroom!
